Since Ivory began playing in the NFL in 1979, he has been involved in the public speaking circuit.  A true professional, he operates as a leader with a strong work ethic and moral character, utilizing excellent and engaging communication skills to command a board room full of executives or an audience of hundreds. Extensive experience as a keynote and motivational public speaker, as well as representing corporate brands, has equipped Ivory with the tools necessary to effect change on a personal level and within an organization. 

Not just a coach, but also a mentor and spiritual guide for his team, Ivory helped motivate The Friars to win 2 CIF Southern Section State Pac 5 Championships in a row.  There remains uncounted testimony from students and parents alike on what a difference Ivory made to the team, both collectively and as individuals.  He was known to have driven the players, staff, and parents to tears with his heartfelt talks.
